Whether you’re new to the sport of volleyball or looking to further develop your skills, one of our development programs will be right for you!

Junior Program
Our Co-Ed Beginners program is an introduction to the game of volleyball for athletes (age 11 to 13 yrs) who are new to the sport.
The program content has a FUNdamental approach and will focus on developing basic technical skills, motor skill development and team play in a fun and healthy environment. This program will provide the necessary skills for athletes interested in school volleyball teams and house leagues.

Intermediate & Advanced Program
Our Co-Ed Intermediate to Advanced program caters to those athletes (age 13 to 15 yrs) who already have some experience with the game of volleyball but cannot yet commit to the Club level Competitive teams. The program content will be designed to further develop technical skills and expose athletes to new methods and tactics.
This program will suit athletes who are committed to tryout for our Competitive club level teams, as well as prepare them for school tryouts.

House League
We are pleased to introduce our Sunday Afternoon Volleyball League at Crescent School for Intermediate and Advanced athletes! This program is a supplement to our Development Programs (skills and drills). Athletes will be taught volleyball game systems and will be involved in a structured game play setting.
