The philosophy of Phoenix Odyssey is to develop long-term athletes and good individuals through the sport of volleyball. On this team, athletes will learn to make smart decisions, gain confidence in their play and themselves,  and build a competitive edge. Our athletes will work to develop leadership skills, tenacity and grit, while acquiring technical skills to increase volleyball IQ and improve team play. Our goal is to develop players that will continue to strive for excellence both on and off the court. Volleyball provides a sense of belonging and fosters life-long friendships. This team is a safe place for athletes. No person is left behind.
