Please note: 

  • If a team qualifies for a 2-day tournament, the 2nd day will be an extra charge to the team.
  • A 3% Surcharge for all credit card payments will be applied. No extra fees for post-dated cheques. E-transfers are not allowed unless the fees are paid in full. 
  • Payments plans – $1000 early deposit as well as 3 payments on Oct 1, Nov 1 and Dec 1, 2024. 
Included in Season Fee
  • OVA Age Appropriate one day Tournaments and Provincials (4 OVA and 1 Provincials)
  • Practices – twice a week for the season (excluding 2 weeks for Winter Break, and 2 weeks for March Break)
  • Coaches Fees, including the OVA age-appropriate tournaments and Provincials
Additional to Season Fee
  • Uniforms: Mandatory Uniform Packages (approx. $200 – $300).
    (Returning players do NOT need to buy a new uniform package if no changes have been made to the former jersey)
  • MRS – OVA membership fee of approx. $91.00
  • 3rd day practice fee (if applicable)
  • Fitness: Weekly fitness training (approx. $25 to $40 per session) Coaches will advise you if a Fitness program will be mandatory for the Team program.
  • Mandatory parent “Respect in Sport” module completion  – an OVA initiative and a one-time requirement – $30.00
  • Additional Tournaments: Invitational, Age Up, and U.S. Tournament expenses
    • Please Note: Head coaches and assistants will be paid coaching fees for Age up, invitational and US tournaments from the Team slush fund. 
  • Coaching Expenses: Food, Gas and Accommodations for all Tournaments and Provincials
  • 2 day tournaments (if team qualifies) the 2nd day is an extra fee.
  • March Break Practices (Coach’s discretion)
  • Coaching Expenses for Nationals: Additional practice fees for gyms and coaching, food, gas/transportation and accommodations (not mandatory for all teams to attend Nationals – individual team decision)
  • Mental Training Workshops (optional)
  • Position Clinics, Camps and Private Training (optional)
Acceptable Payments
  • All season fees can be paid through our online registration link. It is preferred to make the full payment prior to the team’s first practice.
  • For installment plans, postdated cheques are accepted.
    • All cheques must be handed in prior to team’s first practice or on uniform sizing day. Payments are due on Oct 1, Nov 1 and Dec 1st 
  • Please note that a 3% Surcharge for all credit card and debit card payments will be applied. Payments will be taken automatically by the Club on the 1st day of the month. 
  • NO e-transfer payments will be allowed for installment payments. E-transfer will be accepted for payment in full.
