Refund Policy
Indoor Programs:
Refunds will be given upon request 14 days before the start of any program. After this time, refunds will only be given for extenuating circumstances such as injury with a doctor’s note. All refunds will be subject to a $25 admin fee.
Refunds nor credits can be applied for illness.
Open Gyms:
Due to the popularity of these programs we CANNOT offer refunds for any open gyms during this summer. Credits will be granted for the full program price upon request at least 24 hours prior to program start. Day of credits will not be issued.
No credits will be granted for absences once an open-gym has passed.
Beach Programs:

Unfortunately, make up sessions cannot be offered in the event an athlete misses a camp or clinic day.
We cannot accommodate any week of cancellations of camp weeks or SUP, refund or otherwise.
One camp change permitted per registrant, there will be a $25 admin fee charged per change thereafter.
Camp changes must be requested two weeks prior to the original selected start date.
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Season Fee
Upon signing with the Phoenix Club – whether as a full roster athlete or a practice player on any of our teams – all athletes are required to pay a $1,000 deposit toward the season fee. This $1,000 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
This policy applies under all circumstances, including (but not limited to) situations where an athlete or their family chooses to withdraw after making the deposit, or if the athlete receives and accepts an offer from another club.
